Never book a room here the manager is a very unfriendly lady. She would not let me cancel a reservation I had made when they changed my location for work on me so it was either loose $70 or drive an hour past where I was going to work and an hour back.
In response I stay at hotels 75% of a year & in the last 10 years I have never been refused on a refund. Quite frankly I am surprised it is even legal. You made money from me for no services as I struggle on the road to survive. As it is I pay near 7000 a year in hotel accommodations. I would hate to imagine more people as petty working in the hotel industry I would have to start sleeping in a tent.
Great large rooms superb coustomer service with a smile very clean and wonderful room service.
I was very comfortable staying here. The room was spacious and modern and clean. The only negative was there were a couple flies that I couldn't seem to get.
Never staying here again. Wifi throttles after a few minutes and the ethernet port in the room has been removed to prevent people from using a hard connection. Room phone is broken , AC doesnt work well, and all of the lamps were unplugged. This hotel is obviously ran to save money rather than keep guests happy.
Never staying here again. Requested a non smoking room. When I opened the room door, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed comforter had cigarette burns. The bed sheets had stains on them. The shower walls had brown dirt all over them. The hair dryer cord was burnt. The floor carpet was dirty. Found a uncooked noodle on the middle of the floor.
